That’s why I make candles and plush toys — little pieces of warmth you can hold on to. By day, I’m a veterinarian, caring for s who can’t tell us where it hurts but somehow tell us everything with their eyes. My work has taught me patience, compassion, and that love often speaks in the smallest gestures.
